Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ultra66 platform — including the website, mobile app, or related services — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ultra66 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. ultra66 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of ultra66 services, users are required to register a valid account. During the registration process, you agree to:
- Providing information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
- Keeping your account information up to date whenever any changes occur.
- Confirming that you are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age required under the laws of your state to participate in online betting activities.
- Not registering more than one account per individual. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account — whether carried out by you or anyone else — is your responsibility. Ultra66 uses SSL encryption to protect login data and users' personal information. That said, account security also depends on your own actions — avoid using public devices or unsecured WiFi networks when logging in.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the ultra66 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or other applicable laws.
- Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to influence the outcome of any game or bet through dishonest means.
- Using automated software, bots, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access or use your account.
- Using a false identity or unauthorised payment information during transactions.
- Disrupting or damaging the functionality of the platform, its servers, or any associated networks.
Ultra66 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing a user's account without prior notice.
Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ultra66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and other local bank options listed on the platform. Users agree that:
- All deposits made are final and non-refundable except under circumstances agreed upon by the platform.
- Fund withdrawals are subject to identity verification and the minimum requirements set by the platform.
- Ultra66 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
- Users agree not to use payment methods belonging to another party without valid authorisation.
- Any attempt to commit financial fraud or money laundering through the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Ultra66 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. This is standard procedure to ensure the security of user funds.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Ultra66 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. To the extent permitted by law, ultra66 shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including betting losses.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
- Data loss or service disruptions caused by events outside the platform's control.
Account Suspension and Closure: ultra66 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any term set out in this document.
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious referrals.
- The user's own request to close their account.
- Instructions from the relevant authorities.
Upon account closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the ultra66 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of ultra66 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ultra66.
Third-Party Links: The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ultra66 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: ultra66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the ultra66 platform shall be resolved through channels mutually agreed upon by both parties, or through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
